11 supply planning tools for CPG brands, side by side.

We built this because we had to research all of them anyway. Each row comes from the vendor's own website, checked October 2026. Where another tool is the better fit, we say so.

"Not listed" means we didn't find it on the vendor's public site, not that it can't be done. Setup times are the vendor's own claims. The DataSupplyHub column describes what founding brands get in early access. Enterprise suites like Kinaxis and o9 are left out because they aim at much larger companies.

Why brands pick DataSupplyHub

The only planner that watches your suppliers, not just your stock.

You see what other planners leave out

Every supplier is checked against public US import records. If their shipments drop or your lane slows down, you find out before the PO is late. None of the tools above list this on their sites.

Tariffs show up in the plan, not the invoice

Each SKU carries its tariff code and current rate. Every PO shows landed cost, margin and the date cash leaves. Change a rate and you see which SKUs and which POs it hits.

Sized for one person doing purchasing

Enterprise-style platforms assume an ERP and a planning team. Shopify apps assume you buy finished goods. We plan BOMs and co-man runs from Shopify, Amazon, QuickBooks and spreadsheets.

Pricing you can read without a call

Prices will be published here. Monthly billing, no auto-renewing annual contract, and a full CSV export of your data whenever you want it.

When to pick someone else

We're not the right tool for everyone.

Pick Spherecast if

You run an ERP or data warehouse and want agents acting on supplier emails today.

Pick Atomic if

You're past $25M, on NetSuite or SAP, and can give it a quarter to roll out.

Pick Prediko if

You sell mostly on Shopify, buy finished goods, and want to start today for under $100/mo.

Pick StockTrim if

You want a plain forecasting tool on QuickBooks or Xero with a price you can see.

Pick Netstock if

You're a distributor on Acumatica, Sage or Dynamics and don't sell DTC.

Pick Flieber if

You sell on Amazon plus wholesale and want a planner that also offers managed services.

Pick Inventory Planner (Sage) if

You're already in the Sage ecosystem and want planning from the same vendor.

Pick Fabrikatör if

You're a small Shopify-only brand and want the cheapest way to stop guessing.

Pick Handled if

You want one AI assistant across ops and finance more than a deep planner.

Pick Lokad if

You want a team of their analysts to build a custom model and have the budget for it.

Pick Didero if

You're an industrial buyer drowning in supplier emails, not a CPG brand planning demand.

Pick DataSupplyHub if

You do $2M to $25M, buy from overseas suppliers or co-mans, and want each PO to show its landed cost, tariff risk and supplier health before you approve it.

Coming from Cogsy or Anvyl?

Cogsy has shut down, and Anvyl is now part of Sage. If you're planning in spreadsheets again, join early access and mention it in the form. Brands switching from a tool that shut down get onboarded first.
